Polyzy operates solely as an independent technology platform and is not:
- a licensed financial adviser,
- insurer,
- insurance broker,
- regulated financial institution,
- legal adviser,
- tax adviser,
- or investment adviser.
Polyzy does not provide:
- financial advice,
- insurance advice,
- investment advice,
- legal advice,
- tax advice,
- estate planning advice,
- or regulated financial services.
Users remain solely responsible for all professional recommendations, advice, decisions, compliance obligations, and client interactions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, agency, or business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. User Accounts

Such features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Beta and AI-powered features may:
- contain bugs,
- produce inaccurate outputs,
- generate incomplete summaries,

- or experience interruptions.
Users must independently verify all outputs before relying on them.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- use the Services lawfully and responsibly,
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations,
- obtain all necessary consents from your clients or end-users,
- and ensure that your use of the Services complies with MAS, PDPA, insurer, agency, and regulatory requirements applicable to you.
You remain fully responsible for:
- the accuracy of uploaded data,
- all client communications,
- financial recommendations,
- insurance proposals,
- suitability assessments,
- and compliance obligations.
You must not use Polyzy to:
- violate any law or regulation,
- infringe intellectual property rights,
- upload malicious code,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- interfere with platform operations,
- scrape or reverse engineer the Services,
- or upload unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful material.
7. AI and Data Extraction Disclaimer
Polyzy may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, OCR, and language models to process documents and generate outputs.
AI-generated outputs may contain:
- inaccuracies,
- omissions,
- incorrect classifications,
- hallucinations,
- formatting errors,
- or incomplete interpretations.
Polyzy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results.
Users must independently review and verify all extracted data, summaries, calculations, projections, and outputs before relying on them.
Polyzy shall not be responsible for any decisions, losses, liabilities, claims, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
8. Client Data and Personal Data
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, process, and store any data submitted to the Services.
You remain the owner of your uploaded data.
Subject to these Terms, you grant Polyzy a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Polyzy will take reasonable security measures to protect data in accordance with applicable Singapore laws and industry practices, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
However, no system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cloud-based services and electronic data transmission.
9. Confidentiality
Polyzy will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of information uploaded to the Services.
Polyzy will not knowingly sell your confidential client data to third parties.
However, you acknowledge that authorized contractors, subprocessors, cloud providers, and technical service providers may access limited data where reasonably necessary for:
- platform operation,
- support,
- maintenance,
- security,
- legal compliance,
- or troubleshooting purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
Polyzy may rely on third-party providers and infrastructure services, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, AI model providers, email providers, payment processors, and storage providers.
Your use of certain integrated services may also be subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies.
Polyzy is not responsible for third-party services, outages, acts, omissions, or policies.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including:
- software,
- branding,
- UI/UX,
- designs,
- workflows,
- text,
- graphics,
- code,
- databases,
- and platform functionality,
remain the exclusive property of Polyzy or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or any underlying intellectual property.

- or create derivative works from the Services without prior written consent.
12. Availability and Service Interruptions
Polyzy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without liability.
13. Data Retention and Deletion

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyzy, its operators, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any:
- indirect,
- incidental,
- consequential,

- exemplary,
- or punitive damages,
including loss of:
- profits,
- revenue,
- business,
- goodwill,
- data,
- clients,
- or opportunities,
arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Polyzy's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Polyzy during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polyzy, its operators, contractors, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
- your use of the Services,
- your uploaded content,
- your breach of these Terms,

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
